Having bought the game myself, I’ve been pleased with the combat engine with its stealth moves and reversals, as well as the dark new outlook similar to the movies. The commentary of the characters like Harley, Joker, and Riddler are entertaining but can be skipped and ignored if the main game is what you’re after. One drawback so far is the camera is set just over batman’s right shoulder and is a little too close for my tastes. We’ll see what the rest of the game has to offer but so far the outlook is bright!…in a Dark Knight kinda way?

From NC Soft, the creators of Lineage and Guild Wars, comes the next big MMORPG called AION. Still in the Beta stage, Aion offers smooth enough gameplay with multiple channels per server to minimize lag. The biggest feature gamers will want to test out will be the ability to fly after lvl 10! No more paying for griffons to get from city to city, just jump off a cliff and call out your own wings! Aerial combat (both PC and PvP) is available, although I haven’t tried it out yet. As always, feedback is welcome!
